As the VA Matchmaker I am, I found it interesting to learn:

#50 – 54% of small businesses are hiring, but 89% of those businesses report they’re struggling to find qualified employees to hire for the open positions.

And…

#61-56% of entrepreneurs say finding quality employees is one of the greatest challenges in being a small business owner.

That means more than half struggle to find quality team members. (I have my work cut out for me.)

I need to dive deeper into the quality-factor. What’s the real problem there? I don’t know.

Thank you for gathering these stats so cohesively. I can use these numbers in my talks, my interviews, my writings and my Discovery calls.
