Hi Barbara! I recommend going live for no more than 5-10 minutes so people stay interested and engaged. You should definitely have an idea of what you want to talk about before you go live but be flexible and willing to adjust/pivot based on the feedback or questions you get from people in the chat. Anyone who follows you will see that you’re “Live” on Facebook. Some might even get a notification that you’ve gone “Live” — it depends on how they have their notification settings set up. And I would say yes, Barbara! Go for it! But definitely double check with your coach as well πŸ™‚ Hope that clears things up! Thanks for sharing <3
