I came across PromptSmart and tried it out…it keeps pace, starts and stops when you stop.
As a video-phobe, I have the same issue of memorization and this is one of those things holding me back.

For a short presentation, just print out your speech with a really BIG font (on multiple sheets of paper), and have a friend stand next to the camera and show you the pages as you speak. A human-powered voice-activated prompter! If you're using a lav mic, they can just drop the spoken pages on the floor...
